Data Collection and Sharing

PassReady UK Theory Test and the flashcard apps do not collect, store, or share
personal data on our servers. They do not require user accounts, do not include
ads, and do not use analytics.

CityKing is a web-based city discovery app connected to cityking.com. CityKing
does not require an account and does not include ads. When you use CityKing,
our servers may automatically receive standard technical request data, such as
IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and error
logs. This data is used to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service. We
do not sell this data.

Affiliate Links and Hotel Booking Partners

CityKing may include links to third-party hotel booking or travel partners. If
you choose to use these links, you may be redirected to the partner's website or
app to search for or book accommodation. CityKing may earn a commission from
eligible bookings.

Booking partners may process your search details, booking details, payment
details, cookies, device information, and other data according to their own
privacy policies and terms. CityKing does not process hotel payments and does
not receive or store your full hotel payment card details.

In-App Purchases

Some apps offer one-time premium upgrades. Purchases are processed by Google Play
Billing or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card
details.

Text-to-Speech

Some flashcard apps use your device's built-in text-to-speech engine for
pronunciation. No voice recordings are captured or transmitted by us.

Local Storage

The apps may store limited app data locally on your device, such as preferences,
premium unlock status, favourites, progress, or cached website data. You can
remove this local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.

Data Retention and Deletion

For apps that do not send data to our servers, we do not retain personal data
remotely. For CityKing, standard server logs are retained only as needed for
operation, security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

You can delete local app data at any time by clearing app storage in your device
settings or uninstalling the app.

Children

The apps are general-audience products and are not directed to children under
13. Some learning apps may be suitable for older teenagers. We do not knowingly
collect personal data from children.

Security

App and website network communication is performed over secure connections
(HTTPS) where available.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are posted at this
URL with a revised Last updated date.
